  3. A person must be liable and able to ensure the accuracy of the information provided and that they fulfill the age criteria which makes them fully competent to enter into the agreement.

REGARDING PAYMENT, CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION:

Charges for our monthly plans may change from time to time.If any part of a month plan is included within the Term, then payment is due for the complete month. Your due date of payment would be on the same day as of your first payment's date of each month. Payments and invoices are automatically charged and renewed in case you do not cancel your subscription before payday. While signing up, you agree to our payment policy. No refund policy for automatic renewals and all invoices generated will be considered. As a client of our services, we will require a valid credit card number and authority to deduct monthly charges against that credit card.

Fees for our services may vary depending on the billing period, the volume of the unique companies or similar factors determined by us and set forth on our website.

In case if your credit card provider fails to make the required payment, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand and the company might have to suspend your access to the Service until full payment is received or terminate the Service.

USE RESTRICTIONS:

The rights which users hold are completely personal, limited to their internal business matters,and subject to proper compliance with all the other terms like timely payment of applicable fees. These rights are non-transferable, non-negotiable, non-exclusive and revocable.

Client should refrain from:

  1. Access, monitor, or copy the contents that our platform provides with the help of any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means or any manual process with explicitly having permissions from the company.
  2. Undertake actions that may cause unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.

  4. Violate any applicable law or provision while conducting activities.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall riyo.ai and its affiliates, service providers, licensors or suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or other types of damages, including without limitation damages for cover or loss of use, data, revenue or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of the site, with the delay or inability to use the site, or for any content, or otherwise arising out of the use of the site, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, the failure of any limited remedy to achieve its essential purpose, or otherwise, even if riyo.ai , riyo.ai affiliates, or any of riyo.ai suppliers has been advised of the possibility of damages. If, notwithstanding the other terms of this agreement, riyo.ai is determined to have any liability to you or any third party for any loss, harm or damage, you agree that the aggregate liability of riyo.ai and its officers, directors, managers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers, licensors or suppliers shall in all cases be limited to one hundred dollars.

GOVERNING LAW OR DISPUTE RESOLUTION:

These Terms of Use and any dispute or claim arising under it will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The Users agree that any legal action or proceedings arising out of these Terms of Use or in connection with these Terms of Use may be brought exclusively in the competent courts/ tribunals having jurisdiction in Ahmedabad, India and the Users irrevocably submit themselves to the jurisdiction of such courts/ tribunals.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS:

As mentioned above as well, we do preserve all our rights to add, subtract, modify or replace these terms and conditions at our discretion. Clients and users are expected to constantly keep a track of all the updates posted here Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to any of these Terms or any changes to these Terms, the subscription can be cancelled and the client can immediately stop having access to our services.

OTHER TERMS:

  • Our inability to act in a specific condition doesn't forgo our capacity to act as for that situation or comparative conditions.
  • Any arrangement of these Terms that is discovered to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable will be removed from these Terms, and the remaining arrangements of these Terms will keep on being in full force.
