You can archive a lead when it is no relevance to your business or could be spam. Except for the first time, Archived leads are not counted into your quota of leads once it has been moved to archived.

Only Admins can Delete a team user. If you are the admin on the panel, then you may simply go to team section and click on the delete icon to remove a user from using traek account.
